Subscription Fees

Subscription fees activate dashboard access and operational infrastructure immediately upon payment.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be raised via a support ticket within 7 days of payment, subject to review of platform usage.

Non-Refundable Cases

Fees are non-refundable where dashboards have been actively used or cases have been routed and processed.
